ORIN provides a series of chemistries for chemical oxidation,
enhanced bioremediation, and metal stabilization. Based on
treatability studies conducted in ORIN’s Treatability Laboratory
or based on the constituents and levels found at the site, ORIN can
recommend and provide a treatment chemistry to treat the
contaminants on site. Below is a list of the products ORIN provides.
PermeOx® Plus
ORIN is a licensed distributor of PermeOx® Plus, a slow oxygen release chemistry manufactured by FMC. ORIN is licensed to sell PermeOx® Plus throughout all north and south central United States. PermeOx® Plus is a proprietary
food grade calcium peroxide chemistry that will release oxygen into the soil and groundwater matrix. PermeOx® Plus has approximately 18% active oxygen and comes in a powder form. PermeOx® Plus can be applied in a slurry or as a solid, depending on the application. PermeOx® Plus is an effective enhanced bioremediation chemistry that stimulates aerobic bacteria that reduce the concentrations of hydrocarbons.
